Author Bios

 Wayne Harley Brachman is a pastry chef and the author of "Retro Desserts", "American Desserts", and "See Dad Cook" (2006). He has run the pastry departments of Mesa Grill, Bolo, Strip House, and Arizona 206 in Manhattan and has been the host of Food Network's "Melting Pot" and a regular on "Sweet Dreams". He is the pastry chef for  Porter House New York
