Amapola Creek 2007 Sonoma Valley Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Rich black fruit aromas, over currant jam, vanilla and sweet cedar, with
hints of smoky tobacco. Full and robust on the palate, with a burst of
blackberry and cassis flavors, followed by baking chocolate, clove, and
earthy notes. Long, smooth finish, ending with a toasted caramel note. A
beautiful wine.
