Aromas of ripe dark fruit, cedar, and tea leaf over a mineral and spice base. Full-flavored, with black cherry, blackberry, jammy plum, and a touch of bramble. Smooth and soft texture, with a touch of tobacco and sweet oak on finish. Beautifully structured. Broiled salmon fillets with horseradish-ginger crust.
