A great example of classic Chianti. Suave aromas of dark cherry, plum, baking spice, and sweet oak give way to wonderful flavors of ripe black fruit, toasty smoke, and touches of violet and thyme. Beautifully smooth and rich on the palate, ending with excellent balance and soft tannins. Tuscan grilled pheasant.
