The 2016 Château Giscours Petite Siréne grapes are sourced from a trusted producer with exceptional terroir in Côtes de Bordeaux,

whose vines are situated on slopes which overlook the Garonne.  Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in tanks using different strains of yeast, thereby strengthening the wine’s complexity.  The wine is moderately dry, with a clean grapefruit and citrus flavor.  There is a touch of acidity to the wine, that cleans the pallete without being over powerful.  It would be a great wine to pair with a salty brined cheese plate or dishes that include pan seared fish filet such as Dover Sole meunière.
