Registration Now Open for TEXSOM 2015

Registration is now open for TEXSOM 2015, the most prominent and influential sommelier education conference in the world. The event commences on August 8, 2015 at the Four Seasons Resort & Club Dallas at Las Colinas and wraps on August 11. http://www.fourseasons.com/dallas/spa/


TEXSOM 2015 includes presentations by Master Sommeliers, Masters of Wine, Certified Wine Educators and other wine and restaurant industry professionals. In fact, roughly 25% of America's Master Sommeliers will be in attendance this year.

TEXSOM is the only conference with presenting sponsors from four of the major wine education and certification organizations in the world: Court of Master Sommeliers – Americas; Guild of Sommeliers Education Foundation; Society of Wine Educators; and Wine and Spirit Education Trust.

The Conference includes 24 seminars, group lunches, hospitality suites, and a Grand Tasting sponsored by the Wine and Food Foundation of Texas. 

The conference will also host the TEXSOM Best Sommelier Competition, sponsored by Texas Monthly magazine.  This competition is open to qualified sommeliers from Texas and, for the first time, from the neighboring states of Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.  Contest winners will be announced at the Grand Tasting and Awards Reception on the closing night of the conference.
