Ripe blackberry and black cherry aromas, followed by notes of wild mushroom, damp earth, hazelnuts, and dried orange peel. Fresh cola-berry, cooked raspberry, and plum flavors, with a touch of cinnamon and saddle leather. Long, smooth finish. Great flavors. Broiled salmon with herb mustard glaze.
