Chris Cosentino has brought his culinary renown and distinct personality to one of the most important tools in the restaurant industry – footwear.
Chris’ cooking style is marked by his love for meat and his two shoe designs are no different. He introduces The Fifth Quarter where honeycomb tripe is imprinted on the front of a pearlized white slip-on. The Tenderloin is his take on the everyday black shoe; he was inspired by old-school sneaker designs with a hint of red, a white midsole and a gum outsole. His logo “OG,” which stands for Offal Good, is also found on the heel counter of each shoe.
