New North Hollywood Gastropub Launches Monthly Residency
for Rock, Roots, Jazz and Blues Journeymen and Women
WHAT:
The Debut of the Rock & Rhythm Revue at the Federal Bar featuring musical directors Jimmy Vivino, and Kat Dyson of The CONAN Show. This monthly evening features resident players and special guest artists from all genres united by the diversity of their musical styles. An evening by musicians and for musicians and their friends will feature improvisational grooves in a low-key, comfortable setting.

WHY:
Executive Producer Terri J. Davis, originally from New York, grew up going to live shows. “Back in the 90's I used to go to a weekly celebrity jam here in LA and it blew me away,” she recalls. “There were artists on stage together like Stevie Wonder and Chaka Khan, people that would normally never be on the same stage. At a dinner last year my friend Kat talked about how there are tons of venues for artists off tour or in the studio to go and jam in NY but in LA only Metal artists get love. I’m so happy to have The Federal host a night where all the big touring musicians could have a ‘home’ to jam and enjoy themselves in LA.”
