Knitting Factory and Stonehill Publicity present OCCUPY CHANUKAH
Moshav Band will play at the Federal Bar in North Hollywood
for the coast-to-coast celebration benefiting Kids of Courage.
Occupy Chanukah is a community gathering of music in the celebration of the Festival of Lights. Two concerts will be held from coast to coast as The Knitting Factory-Brooklyn and The Federal Bar in North Hollywood celebrate the season with the top music artists on the “Neo Jewish” music scene. The concert will benefit Kids of Courage, www.kidsoc.org.
WHEN: 8:00PM Saturday, Dec. 24. Doors open at 7:00PM
WHERE: The Federal Bar, 5303 Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood, Calif. The event will take place upstairs.
MORE: Cost is $15. The event is all ages and is sponsored by Jewish Rock Radio and the Pomegranate Foundation. A community-wide Menorah lighting will kick off the night at 8 p.m. at both venues.
Kids of Courage is a volunteer-based nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children with serious medical diagnoses.
