All of the events listed below are held at The Art Institute of Seattle Portfolio Restaurant, located at 2600 Alaskan Way, Seattle, WA 98121. Reservations for dinner are recommended. 10TH ANNIVERSARY DINNERS
You are cordially invited to join the students, staff and faculty of The Art Institute in celebrating Portfolio Restaurant’s 10th anniversary. Classical cuisine and white linen service are the tradition at Portfolio, which serves as an educational dining lab for students from The International Culinary School at AiS. Upper-level students create, prepare and serve several four-course menus to choose from. Wines from Washington’s Willis Hall Winery are matched to your menu choices. This event is your opportunity to experience for yourself the outstanding cuisine and unique environment of Seattle’s premier culinary institute.

"OPEN-THAT-BOTTLE-NIGHT" DINNER
Portfolio invites the public to "Open-That-Bottle-Night", a tradition started many years ago by wine writers for The Wall Street Journal. We celebrate one day early OTBN #12 which takes place on Saturday, when people all over the world finally open that one special bottle and celebrate the memories that come with it. Students prepare several four-course Northwest menus accompanied by that special bottle of wine you bring. Corkage fee waived (wines from restaurant's list available).
