Carol Daniel of the Kimpton Restaurants & Hotel Group was the keynote speaker at a dinner sponsored by Beam Wine Estates and created by Chefs Scott Hunnel and Eric Herbitschek from Disney’s Victoria & Albert’s; Möet Hennessey USA sponsored a dinner created by Chef Rick Moonen of rm seafood at which Roger Berkowitz of Legal Seafood was the keynote speaker; "Chef Jeff" Henderson was the keynote speaker at a Wines from Spain-sponsored dinner created by Women Chefs and Restaurateurs’ Chefs Helene Kennan, Mary Dumont, Judy Madera, and Maureen Pothier; and HEPO and All About Greek Wines sponsored a luncheon created by Chef Pano Karatassos of Kyma.

Iron Bar Chef Competition
