Rosina Wilson
Since winning the Gilroy Garlic Festival’s 1982 recipe contest, Rosina has written about food, wine, travel and more for dozens of newspapers and magazines, including The San Francisco Chronicle, Bon Appétit, and The Wine Spectator. Rosina authored the cookbook Seafood Pasta and Noodles ~ The New Classics (Ten Speed Press), and co-founded Wine X Magazine for the young-adult demographic.
A certified wine judge with a specialty in pairing wine with food, Rosina taught the “Food and Wine Affinities” course for ten years to future chefs at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
Rosina currently blogs about “Wine, Food and Fun in the San Francisco Bay Area ~ and beyond” at http://RosinaWilson.com, which features the (free) “WineFoodBUZZ” newsletter. In addition, Rosina owns the “Wine & Food SuperGroup” on LinkedIn. She welcomes all new subscribers and group members ~ once again, “the more, the merrier.”
